Roman Blind Motorization

I love roman blinds. Everything about them. Over the years I have seen a multitude of styles and sizes using a huge array of fabrics. The first lift method I learned was very low-tech. It was a covered wood board with hook eyes and braided pull cords with wall cleats. That was the norm. We have grown as an industry, and our options have increased as well.

Powerful and Petite

Our Roman Blind System (RBS) is a terrific option because it is fully enclosed in a skinny little 1-3/8″ wide X 1-1/2″ high headrail. It carries a lot of weight for such a small space. Our standard RBS headrail will handle up to 10# of fabric.

2 Great Solutions

We have two solutions for roman blind motorization. Each option has a tubular motor that fits within our RBS headrail.

Plug & Play

The RBS plug & play motor works smoothly and quietly and will handle up to 10# of fabric. It is operated with a Radio Frequency (RF) remote control or a wall switch. Both of these controls work with draperies as well. If you have motorized draperies and shades, one remote is plenty. The plug & play motor has a hefty 10 year warranty as well!

Lithium Battery

Lithium Battery Tubular RBS motor for roman blind motorizationBrand new, our Lithium Battery operated motor is stronger and will raise and lower up to 15# of fabric. It still fits in our skinny little headrail. A separate Battery pack installs behind the shade. A charger comes with the assembly. The charger plugs into the lithium battery pack to recharge the battery. Then the shade is operated with its own remote control.

The new lithium Battery option has a 5 year warranty. If the battery wears out, you can replace it without disturbing the shade. Easy Peasy.

Let our roman blind motorization options be a part of your line-up!
