Customization & Upcharges

Your order will not reflect any fees from the following custom or non-standard products and/or services until after it has been submitted and processed by a CRA. These products/services include the following:

  • 65% upcharge for Zinc Undercoating
  • 35% 3-day or 20% 6-day Rush Fee (See Lead Times & Rush Orders below)
  • Customization Fees (e.g. Gussets, Oversized clearances, custom baseplates, etc.)
  • Any additional Shipping fees or upcharges (See Shipping Options above)

Lead Time & Rush Orders

Our standard production time for most orders is 10 business days after receipt of the order. Our trained Customer Relation Agents review every order prior to entering it into production. If we find a potential problem, we will contact you by email, phone, or fax to clarify the order. Custom orders may require a longer lead time, which will be quoted at the time of order.

  • We offer 3 and 6 day expedited lead times.
  • An upcharge of 20% of the total order for 6 days or 35% of the total order for 3 days will be applied at the time of ordering.
  • This does not include the cost of shipping and expedited or non-standard shipping rates on rush orders will be the responsibility of the client.

Order Changes & Cancellation

All orders are custom made in our facility. Orders are placed into production within 24 hours of receipt in order to maintain our quick turn-around time. Any modifications to your order must be made during this period. We will not be able to make changes to orders after that time without canceling the existing order and generating a new order with the correct items/dimensions quantities, etc.

  • Please be aware that the changed order will require our full 10 day production lead time, starting from the date of the change.
  • There is a $35.00 processing fee for changing or canceling an order.

Return Policy

As our products are all custom made to order, we will accept returns only in the case of faulty craftsmanship (i.e. defective product). Exceptions may be made and we will gladly evaluate all requests for return on a case by case basis.

  • Helser Brothers will charge a 35% restocking fee on any returned items and credit will be issued to your Helser Brothers account.
  • No cash refunds will be allowed.
  • Please return any product in its original packaging. The client is responsible for return shipping.
