Clearance (Front & Back)
Clearances must be specified when ordering and will vary based on both the rod diameter and the ring style being used. Reference the chart below to ensure that the ring pinsets align at the same height for a seamless finished look.
- Required Distance Between Front & Back Rods: 3½″ for both ⅞″ and 1¼″ rods.
- Custom Clearances: May be selected to achieve the exact spacing your treatment requires.
- Maximum Recommended Clearance: 6″
- Clearances Over 6″: Require a custom gusset; an additional gusset fee will be applied during processing.
Return & Projection
- Return (R): Clearance + half of the rod’s diameter
- Projection (P): Clearance + full rod diameter
