Recently our minds were completely blown by one of our long time vendors Pete Driggs. Pete is our freight forwarder. He’s the guy that finds us the best deals for our clients when orders have to be truck shipped.

We found ourselves in a time crunch with no good way to get some hardware to Sparks, Nevada. By the way, Sparks is 764 miles (14 hours and 36 minutes) from Chandler, Arizona. Pete stepped up to the plate and personally delivered our hardware to our client! Wow, just Wow!
Pete’s incredible and outrageous customer service made everyone at Helser Brothers Raving Fans of his business! We decided to honor him in our own way. We set up a “meeting” with him and totally surprised him with a cheering crowd of fans.
Pete was presented with a copy of our favorite book, signed by everyone at Helser Brothers. Special notes from Jay and Mark were on the fly leaf as well. We also presented Pete with a certificate of appreciation and a gift certificate to a classy local restaurant.
