The WCAA and Rowley Company tossed an awesome party at the Custom Workroom Conference in Spartanburg, SC this week.

It was an ’80’s theme so there was a rocker chick in a Van Halen concert t-shirt, Cindy Lauper and Madonna doppelgangers, mullets galore, and even a huge Rubik’s Cube dancing around! It included all the best parts of 80’s pop culture in one totally tubular party. We went as Run DMC which seemed like a great idea right up to the point when they started playing “Walk This Way” and called us out to perform.
Fortunately Anita and Alicia are good sports and took the stage with me without hesitation. We had no idea what the words were so we just winged it with me singing in to a pair of serving tongs and the girls dancing like no one was watching.
It was one of those “Oh what the heck, why not?” moments and it was great fun, it left us with an epic memory. Dignity is overrated anyway 😉 Sincere thanks to the WCAA and Rowley for a night to remember.
