As a to-the-trade wholesale, we require an approved onsite account before disclosing any pricing or processing any orders. To apply for an onsite account, email us a copy of your resale license along with the following information: Current billing and shipping addresses, contact email address, phone number, and fax number (if applicable).
A website account is required to purchase from the online store. You may register at www.helserbrothers.com/register. By registering online, a website account will be created. The aforementioned information will be requested by the registration form.
A valid and up-to-date resale license/certificate or pending application is required before any purchases can be processed. The information on the license must match what is provided when applying. A scanned or digital copy of the license is needed for our records. Providing just the license number will only suffice for disclosing pricing or quotes.
For those based in Alaska, Oregon, New Hampshire, and Montana, a resale license is not required due to state law. Please provide a business license in its place.
First-time orders are to be paid for at the time of order. After the first order, Net30 terms may be requested from our accounting department, upon approved credit.
We accept the following payment options: Credit/Debit Card, Cash, Check, Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), and Money Order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit cards. Payment is due at the time of order unless stated otherwise in clients’ terms. We also offer C.O.D (Collect on Delivery). Charges will be added to the Freight carrier fees and full payment is due at the time of delivery.
Credit accounts have a late fee of 1.5% or 18% per annum, which will be added to any account that is not paid in full by the due date. This fee also applies to any unpaid NSF checks. Returned checks will incur a fee of $50.00.
We offering the following shipping options: FedEx Ground, FedEx Residential, USPS, freight, courier, and pick up. Alternative shipping methods can be arranged by the client, at their expense.
FedEx shipping is FREE for standard orders over $100. ‘Standard’ is defined as rods up to 100” in length and 96″ in width. Rods over 100” must be spliced at no additional charge or shipped via freight. Large diameter traverse rods, French Poles, and bowed rods have shorter maximum lengths and widths based on various factors. We will contact you if adjustments are necessary.
For FedEx orders under $100, the following fees will be invoiced as follows:
Delivery dates will depend on location, ranging from 1 to 5 business days. Tracking will be provided by FedEx once the order has been shipped. We do offer expedited shipping through FedEx, including Overnight, 2 day, and 3-day shipping. All expedited shipping fees will be at the clients’ expense.
Oversized orders (packages above 100” long and 96” wide) must be shipped via Freight at the clients’ expense. A freight quote will be provided at the time of order and will be based on the weight and length of packages. We cannot provide an estimated delivery date, C.O.D, or expedited shipping. Once shipped, delivery dates can be provided by the freight company. Inside delivery is available for a fee, which will be added to the order after the delivery.
Pick Up is available for local clients. Time of pickup must be provided when ordering and must be within business hours (7:00 AM to 5:00 PM) unless a supervisor approves a non-standard pickup time.
Courier delivery is available for local clients. Courier delivery is done on Thursday and Friday of each week, with commercial deliveries done in the morning and residential deliveries done in the afternoon.
Helser Brothers offers standard shipping within the continental United States. Customers outside of the continental US have the following options:
Drop-Ship and Blind Ship options are available upon request. A phone number for the recipient is required for FedEx.
Our Shipping Department specializes in packaging your order for safe delivery. Please check each package immediately upon receipt and note any visible damage with the carrier at the time of delivery. Also, please notify us immediately of any shortage or damage so we can resolve any issues prior to your install date.
The following handling fees will be added to any rod orders between 50″ and 100″ that are sent via FedEx, in addition to shipping fees. The Free Shipping offer is still applicable to orders over $100, but handling fees will still apply.
These changes go into effect on 10/04/2020 and will be in effect until 03/01/2022 unless stated otherwise. These fees are based on length and include the following:
Your order will not reflect any fees from the following custom or non-standard products and/or services until after it has been submitted and processed by a CRA. These products/services include the following:
Our standard production time for most orders is 10 business days after receipt of the order. Our trained Customer Relation Agents review every order prior to entering it into production. If we find a potential problem, we will contact you by email, phone, or fax to clarify the order. Custom orders may require a longer lead time, which will be quoted at the time of order.
All orders are custom made in our facility. Orders are placed into production within 24 hours of receipt in order to maintain our quick turn-around time. Any modifications to your order must be made during this period. We will not be able to make changes to orders after that time without canceling the existing order and generating a new order with the correct items/dimensions quantities, etc.
As our products are all custom made to order, we will accept returns only in the case of faulty craftsmanship (i.e. defective product). Exceptions may be made and we will gladly evaluate all requests for return on a case by case basis.
Unless otherwise stated, Helser Brothers, Inc. and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Helser Brothers. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Helser Brothers for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
