Hey! It’s been a while hasn’t it? Well, don’t worry, we haven’t forgotten about you! Rather, we have been hard at work behind the scenes, designing, researching, creating and collaborating so we can bring you even more incredible products. Over the next few months, we will be rolling out a ton of new products and new finishes. This is thanks to a collaboration with several popular companies such as Forest Drapery Hardware, Comfortex, and Colorlux. This is not just going to be bringing in new finials and brackets (although they will definitely be brought) but also will include new types of hardware we have never offered before, such as rollar shades, shutters, and blinds. It will be an exciting couple of months to be sure, so keep your eyes peeled for these new products as they arrive!
Glasgow Acrylic
Glasgow hardware is a combination of acrylic and plated metals, including 3 high shine plated finishes, 1 ⅜” Acrylic Rod, 5 brackets, and 3 finials combining an acrylic body with a plated metal base in lieu of a collar.
1 ⅛” Metro
Adding to our ⅞” and 1 ¼” Metro rods is a 1 ⅛” non-traversing rod and matching hardware! It comes with 4 brackets and 10 new finials, which have built-in bases. There are also French Pole return arms that can be added to the ends of your rod to make a plated french pole.
CL & CM Tracks
Adding to our current track options are two more track types that are similar to our current CS tracks. The main difference between CS, CM, and CL tracks is the mounting method. CL tracks use an extra sturdy cam lock mounting system, making them especially good in hospital settings. CM tracks have a built-in mounting strip with mounting holes every 16”, allowing it to be mounted to the ceiling without the need for brackets.
CCS Tracks
For a while now, we have stuck to wand-drawn systems, but improvements to safety devices and fabrication techniques make cord-drawn systems a safe option again. The Contract Cord System offers a track with two distinct channels for the cord to avoid tangling and keep the operation smooth. CCS tracks come in white, silver, and brown and can be paired with one of our Isabella routed rods as a fascia.
KS & DS Tracks
The KS and DS track systems share components and use. The main difference between them is their appearance, with the KS track a more utilitarian square shape while the DS track is a more aesthetic half-moon. Outside of these appearances, both are excellent choices for medical and psychiatric hospitals thanks to the Klick Carrier, which can be easily installed and removed from pre-mounted tracks, ensuring their patients’ safety. KS tracks are available in white, black, brown, and silver, while the DS track is only available in white.
DSXL & DSXL LED Tracks
Whereas the standard DS assembly is great for hospital settings, the DSXL assemblies are best in hospitality settings, like hotels. They boast a more robust half-moon-shaped track, making them a great choice for heavy decorative drapery while maintaining a subtle but attractive aesthetic. The DSXL LED assembly is an especially luxurious option, due to a dimmable strip of LED lights that add atmospheric lighting.
RTS Tracks
While you can ceiling mount most of our track systems, achieving the recessed look can be difficult if there isn’t already a section of the ceiling recessed for the purpose. Our new RTS option is created exactly for this purpose, coming with a two-part track consisting of the track itself and a recessed profile.
Panel System
The first new system to be added to our Obscura line, the PS assembly lets you create a super modern system of movable panels. Opposite of their roller and Roman shade cousins, where the flat panel opens up and down, the panels on the PS assembly move side to side. You can choose between 2 to 5 channels, with a panel on each channel so they can move independently.
New Components (& Colors!)
We have added new color options to several of our existing traverse and RBS components, such as Gold and Silver carriers.
Check out the new traverse components that can be used across several traverse assemblies.
We have added some useful new RBS components so you don’t have to go elsewhere to stock your workroom!
Edit (11/16/21): Due to shipping delays and material shortages, we will not be carrying the Gold, Silver, and Brown versions of the Wheeled Connected Snap Carriers. We apologize for the inconvenience.
